HOW TO BUY IN IDAWEN. TOO EASY!
To be able to buy on our website, the following purchase procedure has been established:
You must access our online store, hosted on the IDAWEN SPORTS S.L. website, which lists all the products that can be purchased through the aforementioned channel.
Once you access the store, you will find:
a) Products classified by type of product (bags, sportswear, accessories) and type of sport
b) Product image, reference, characteristics, composition and care
c) Price per unit, including applicable taxes in each case.
d) In case the product is on sale, you will see the validity of the offer in each case and the original price of the same
Once the IDAWEN product or products have been chosen, add them to the shopping cart, indicating the units you wish to purchase, as well as any other option that may be configurable (sizes). In this way, once selected, a process of 5 stages for the purchase of the product will begin:
1st Stage- SUMMARY
The reference (s) to be acquired will be indicated, with their price (s) and quantity (s)
If you have a promotion code, you must include it at this time to benefit from the conditions that result from its application.
The step to the next stage is produced by clicking on the "Continue" button
2nd Stage- REGISTRATION

The registration allows you to load special purchase conditions that you may have assigned or be able to access your order history, both for inquiries and to request refunds, that is why it is necessary to register to make the purchase.

SHIPMENTS. YOU ALMOST HAVE YOUR IDAWEN!
The shipments, we made through different courier companies, all first level, mainly MRW and UPS. The deadlines for delivery depend on the destination. IDAWEN SPORTS S.L, is not responsible for delays in orders due to causes beyond our control.
Thus, in an indicative manner, the delivery times, for shipments to the United States, will be between 3 and 7 working days and free for orders over 200 $
For security reasons, IDAWEN SPORTS S.L. will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
If you choose Pay Pal payment method, once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any type of change in the shipping address.
For shipments outside the EU and the Canary Islands, the tariffs, if any, will be paid by the customer.
PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY. THIS IS VERY RARE!
In case of problems in the reception, or lack thereof, you must notify IDAWEN within a period not exceeding 10 business days from the completion of the order
If it is impossible for us to make the delivery, the courier company will contact you again to arrange a new delivery date.
When your order is delivered to you, you must check that everything is in accordance with the request. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please contact us in the contact email, leaving your personal information and the requested number reflecting the discrepancy or problem and within a maximum of two working days, we will contact you to solve the incident.
TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND PROPERTY. A LEGAL ISSUE!
You will acquire ownership of the IDAWEN products at the time you receive the shipping confirmation and the product leaves the warehouses. The responsibility for the IDAWEN products will be transmitted at the time of delivery of the order placed.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND FORM OF PAYMENT. WITH WHAT AND HOW YOU PAY IN IDAWEN:
The prices of our website will be displayed in different currencies depending on the chosen store. This may be USD, EUR or GBP
According to current legislation, any purchase made from our website will be subject to the corresponding taxes.
According to Spanish regulations, we are obliged to issue invoices for orders over € 3,000 (VAT included).
If you are a taxable person of VAT (companies, entities, organizations ...) with residence in the European Union and endowed with an intra-community NIF, they will be exempt from VAT payment, being an essential condition the sending of this document by e-mail to: email@example.com
The shipping costs will be added in the summary of the purchase, before making the payment, depending on the amount of purchase and the destination of the same.
IDAWEN reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on the site without prior notice.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can not get in touch, the order will be considered cancelled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully reimbursed.
We will not be obliged to send the product (s) to the wrong lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous and could reasonably have been recognized as an incorrect price.
The rights recognized by current legislation are safe.
IDAWEN accepts payments by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro), Pay Pal and Stripe or cash on delivery for some territories. In some territories it is also allowed to buy on time, if in your area is like this, you will see the option of PAY + AFTERNOON, with which you can postpone your purchase up to 12 months. RETURN POLICY. AND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, ALL THE HELP WE CAN GIVE YOU!
To return a product you have 15 calendar days from the moment you make the purchase.
In the event that you wish to make a return, you must go to the order history of your private area on our website. Once located the order to return or products of the same one that you wish to return, simply you will have to accede to this order and mark those lines of the same that you want to return. Once the selection is made, you can click on "confirm return" so that it is processed.
IDAWEN products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, along with their complete original packaging, labels and along with any accessory related thereto. The customer must show that the items have been returned so we recommend that you always send a system that certifies the delivery for your safety.
Products in the Masks category, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging has been opened.
Customizable products cannot be returned or exchanged except for product quality failures.
You can ask us for a shipment label (using the email firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact form). In this case, we are going to send you a pre-payable label to use in your shipment. You only have to contact with the courier to manage the delivery. 25 $ will be deducted from the refund of the amount, if you have a big box (sports bag). If you have a small box (activewear) 15 $ will be deducted.
If the addressee of the IDAWEN products is different from the person who made the payment, the refund of the money will be made to the person who made the payment, except in the case of counter-reimbursement that this will be made by bank transfer.
Once we verify that the IDAWEN products that you return to us are in perfect condition, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted. Whatever the payment system used, the refund of the amount will be launched as soon as possible but always within 15 days after receiving the returned product in our stores.
We will not be responsible, for lost, delays or shipments to an erroneous address of any returned product, so we recommend that you make the shipment by certified mail or with acknowledgement of receipt.
In no case will we reimburse the shipping costs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
If the received product is defective, when requesting the return, please indicate it to us.
We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if it is appropriate to return or replace it (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send an email confirming that the return or substitution of the non-conforming item.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made in the same way that it was used to pay for the purchase.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfilment of any of the obligations that we assume under a Contract, whose cause is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and will include, but is not limited to, the following:
a) Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.
b) Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war has been declared or not) or threat or war preparations.
c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
d) The impossibility of the use of trains, boats, aeroplanes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
e) The impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of other governments.
It will be understood that our compliance obligation under any Contract will be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfil our obligation for the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable means to end the Cause of Force Majeure or to find a solution by means of which we can fulfil our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure.
